Need to refill your UK & Europe SIM Card?

You’ll need to refill your eSIM/SIM:

(a) If you’re staying longer than 1 month;

(b) If you want minutes/texts to USA/Canada numbers;

(c) If you want minutes/texts from the UK to Europe numbers.

As a service for our customers you can purchase your refill here, but if you want to you can also refill directly with Three (at three.co.uk) or buy a refill voucher from a store in the UK if you wish to do that (it may be chepaer to refill directly with Three).

If you buy a refill on our website, we email you a voucher number within 24 hours with instructions on how to redeem/use the voucher.

If you buy a refill directly with Three or from a store in the UK, we’re unable to provide any support for redeeming/using the voucher or any problems that might arise.

Refill your eSIM/SIM for another month

If you’re staying longer than 1 month then you can buy a refill voucher that gives you another 30 days of data, minutes and texts. On our website you can only purchase another full 30 days. If you need to extend by just a few extra days or a week or two you may be able to do this directly with Three UK by creating an account at three.co.uk.

On our website you can refill:

• $32.99 for 10GB of data (use 6GB in Europe) + unlimited minutes & texts, lasts 1 month
• $34.99 for 30GB of data (use 12GB in Europe) + unlimited minutes & texts, lasts 1 month
• $54.99 for 60GB of data (use 18GB in Europe) + unlimited minutes & texts, lasts 1 month
• $69.99 for UNLIMITED data (use 30GB in Europe) + unlimited minutes & texts, lasts 1 month

If you’ve been only in Europe and you’re staying in Europe for more than 30 days, then you can’t refill. That’s because the eSIM/SIM can only be used for a maximum of 1 month in Europe. However, if you have been to, or are going to, the UK then this “resets” the 1 month. For example, suppose you’ve been in Europe for 1 month, and you’re now going to London for a week, but then back to Europe, then you can refill for another 1 month because when you use the SIM Card in the UK this resets the 1 month Europe restriction.

Run out of data during the 1 month? You can’t add more data, within 1 month, so don’t buy a refill (the new 1 month only starts when the current 1 month ends). Instead, you could log into your account at three.co.uk to check what data packs are available for you to purchase directly with Three UK.

Refill your eSIM/SIM for minutes/texts to USA/Canada numbers

Need minutes/texts to USA/Canada numbers? You’ll need to buy a refill voucher that gives you an amount of cash money. 

You can refill $16.99 for £10 credit, $72.99 for £50 credit, or $131.99 for £100 credit.

Once you add the £ cash money to your SIM Card, here’s what it costs for minutes/texts to USA/Canada numbers:

When you’re in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland): £0.03/minute, £0.25 for each SMS text message sent, £0.40 for each MMS sent.

When you’re in Europe (including in Republic of Ireland/Dublin): £1.40/minute, £0.35 for each sent SMS text message sent.

Need to call or text Europe numbers when you’re in the UK? Buy a refill voucher that gives you a set amount of £ cash money to make calls from the UK to Europe. You don’t need to refill to call/text Europe numbers when you are in Europe (it comes from your unlimited minutes & texts).
